The Property
A farm villa, just off the highway.
We are a private retreat in Sirawan, Toril: three kilometers in from Task Force Toril, on a fully cemented road that winds through farmland before reaching the gate. That stretch is part of why guests come: it's far enough to feel away, close enough to reach by lunch.
Each villa is rented one party at a time. No shared corridors, no other guests at the pool. Villa D'Eliz Main sleeps up to 15 across two AC bedrooms, with the adult + kiddie pool, the gazebo, and the garden bed at its center. Villa Victoria sits across the fence on the same property, with its own two AC bedrooms, indoor kitchen, mini pool (4×3 m, 4 ft), and private entrance: recommended for smaller groups up to 10 who want a quieter, more intimate stay.
We're a small family operation. We clean and prepare the villa before you arrive at 2 PM. If you cook, the kitchen is open (Main has an open kitchen; Victoria has an indoor one). If you want to grill or light the bonfire, we've got the space: bonfire welcome any time.

The main villa, with the larger adult + kiddie pool and the bigger garden bed. Open kitchen with utensils for 20 pax, AC dining + KTV, gazebo for the whole group, and grilling area on the grounds.

- Fri–Sun: ₱11,000 (up to 15 pax)
Extra pax: ₱250/head (no bedding). Day Tour: ₱100/head (until 10 PM).

A second villa across the fence on the same property. Exclusively yours: no shared spaces, no other guests in your stay. Two AC bedrooms, indoor kitchen, private entrance. Recommended for smaller groups, families, and weekend retreats.

- Fri–Sun: ₱8,000 (up to 10 pax)
