What you are agreeing to

This is an inquiry, not a booking. Your date is not held until we confirm it and you pay the 50% down payment.
The 50% down payment is non-refundable. One free rebooking with at least 10 days notice before check-in. Typhoon, government order or a problem on our side: full refund or free rebooking, your choice.
House and pet rules apply (up to 2 pets, the owner approves each). Quiet hours from 10 PM. A piggery is about 700 meters away.
