This site exists to share information about Villa D'Eliz Exclusive Farm Villa in Toril, Davao City. It is operated by the property's family hosts. Rates, amenities, photos, and policies shown here reflect our best effort to be accurate and may be updated at any time without notice.

Bookings & payments

• Bookings are made directly on Facebook Messenger. The website does not process payments.
• A 50% downpayment confirms your booking.
• The downpayment is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled.
• One rebooking is allowed with at least 10 days notice; beyond that, the downpayment is forfeited.

House rules

All guests must read and accept the House Rules before a booking is confirmed. These cover quiet hours (Davao City ordinance), pool hours, charges for damages, and what to bring. Confirmation is made by replying "ACCEPTED" on Messenger.

Liability

Guests use the pool, bonfire pit, and grounds at their own risk. Parents are responsible for the supervision of children at all times. Villa D'Eliz is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property arising from guests' own conduct, weather events, or matters beyond our reasonable control.

Content on this site

All photos on this site are taken at the property. Please do not reproduce them for commercial use without our permission. The Villa D'Eliz name and visual identity belong to the property's owners.
