Who runs Villa D'Eliz

Villa D'Eliz is owner-operated by Christy Joy Olediana. There's no front desk and no third-party booking platform. You book directly on this website, and questions are answered directly by the family.

Where the property sits

The property is in Sirawan, Toril, on the south side of Davao City. It is about three kilometres from the highway on a cemented road, and about six kilometres from Gaisano Mall Toril. From Davao City proper, expect roughly a 30-minute drive depending on traffic. Coordinates: 6.9868° N, 125.4742° E.

What "exclusive" means here

When you book either villa, the whole villa is yours. No shared rooms with other guests, no walk-in visitors, no scheduled tours. Villa D'Eliz Main includes 15 guests and hosts up to 30 overnight (bedding for 15; each extra head is PHP 250 with no bedding). Villa Victoria includes 10 and hosts up to 16. Both villas combined include 25 and host up to 30. The gates close behind your group.

What guests come for

• Family reunions and birthdays. First birthdays, milestone celebrations, multi-generational weekends.
• Weddings and banquets. The grounds, gazebo, and indoor air-conditioned dining handle full-property receptions.
• Corporate retreats and team offsites. KTV, pool, bonfire, and indoor meeting space for groups up to 35.
• Weekend escapes. Bonfire nights, no neighbours, and the use of the kitchen and grounds. Quiet time starts at 10 PM.

How booking works

1. Pick a villa and an open date on the booking page (compare prices on Rates first).
2. Send your request. Your date is held for 24 hours and you get a reference code by email.
3. Pay the 50% down payment to our BDO, BPI or GCash account. The details are on your request page and in your email.
4. Upload your receipt on the request page with the account and reference number. This holds the date for 12 hours while the owner checks it.
5. The owner confirms and emails your booking confirmation, house rules and directions. The balance is due on check-in day.

A few specifics that matter

• Check-in: 2 PM. Check-out: 12 NN sharp.
• 50% downpayment is non-refundable; rebooking once allowed with 10+ days notice.
• Day-tour guests must leave by 10 PM (Davao City ordinance).
• Quiet hours from 10 PM: indoor socializing is fine; no videoke or loud music outdoors.
• The glamping tent add-on (₱1,000) is available with Main or Combined bookings only.
• The host shares the Wi-Fi details after check-in.
