Villa D'Eliz is an exclusive private farm villa in Sirawan, Toril, Davao City. Two villas share one property: Villa D'Eliz Main and Villa Victoria. Both host families, wedding parties, and group celebrations for whole-property stays.

Who runs Villa D'Eliz

Villa D'Eliz is owner-operated by Christy Joy Olediana. There's no front desk, no booking platform. Every inquiry comes through Facebook Messenger and is answered directly by the family.

Where the property sits

The property is in Sirawan, Toril, on the south side of Davao City. The closest landmark is Gaisano Mall Toril, about 10 minutes by car. From Davao City proper, expect roughly a 30-minute drive depending on traffic. Coordinates: 6.9868° N, 125.4742° E.

What "exclusive" means here

When you book either villa, the whole villa is yours. No shared rooms with other guests, no walk-in visitors, no scheduled tours. Book Villa D'Eliz Main for up to 15 pax overnight (up to 30 pax with the Big-Group promo, beddings for 15), Villa Victoria for up to 10 pax, or both combined for up to 25 pax. The gates close behind your group.

What guests come for

  • Family reunions and birthdays. First birthdays, milestone celebrations, multi-generational weekends.
  • Weddings and banquets. The grounds, gazebo, and indoor air-conditioned dining handle full-property receptions.
  • Corporate retreats and team offsites. KTV, pool, bonfire, and indoor meeting space for groups up to 35.
  • Weekend escapes. Bonfire nights with no time limit, no neighbours, and unrestricted use of the kitchen and grounds.

How booking works

  1. Pick a villa or package from the Rates page.
  2. Message us on Messenger with dates and group size.
  3. We send guidelines and the payment details (BPI or GCash).
  4. 50% downpayment confirms your date.
  5. You receive the booking confirmation, check-in window, and any add-ons set up by your arrival.

A few specifics that matter

  • Check-in: 2 PM. Check-out: 12 NN sharp.
  • 50% downpayment is non-refundable; rebooking once allowed with 10+ days notice.
  • Day-tour guests must leave by 10 PM (Davao City ordinance).
  • Quiet hours from 10 PM: indoor socializing is fine; no videoke or loud music outdoors.
  • The glamping tent add-on (₱1,000) is available with Main or Combined bookings only.
  • Wi-Fi password is shared on Messenger after check-in.
