How to book.
In about 5 minutes.
Booking is direct via Facebook Messenger. No third-party platforms, no booking fees. Seven simple steps from inquiry to check-in.
We don't use Airbnb, Agoda, or Booking.com. Every guest books direct, through Messenger, which means no service fees, you talk to the host (not a desk), and any custom request can be arranged on the spot.

The process
Seven steps from inquiry to check-in.

Pick your villa and dates
Browse the villa options first: Villa D'Eliz Main (up to 15 pax), Villa Victoria (up to 10 pax), or both Combined (up to 25 pax). Check the rate sheet for weekday vs weekend pricing, plus optional add-ons like the glamping tent, food package, or shuttle. - 2
Send us a Messenger inquiry
Message us on Facebook with your dates, group size, and which villa you're interested in. We answer Messenger inquiries personally. No chatbot, no agent. Mention any add-ons you want (glamping tent, food package, etc.) so we can prepare the quote. - 3
Receive the guidelines
We send you the booking guidelines: house rules, check-in/check-out times, refund policy, and the full quote (villa rate + any add-ons). Read through and reply once you're ready to confirm. - 4
Pay the 50% downpayment
After you accept the guidelines, we send payment details for the 50% downpayment. Two options: BPI bank transfer or GCash. The downpayment confirms your date and is non-refundable on cancellation. Please be sure before paying. - 5
Send the deposit slip
Snap a photo of the deposit slip (or screenshot of the GCash transfer) and send it back on Messenger. Once we verify it, your date is officially blocked off the calendar. - 6
Fill out the booking confirmation form
We send a short confirmation form (group lead name, arrival time, special requests). Fill it in and you're all set. The balance is due on the day of check-in or before. - 7
Arrive at 2 PM, check out at 12 NN
Check-in is 2:00 PM; check-out is 12:00 NN sharp. We'll meet you at the gate. Wi-Fi password is shared on Messenger once you check in. Enjoy the stay.
Before you message
Have these ready, it speeds things up.
- ✓Preferred dates: including arrival and departure day. Weekdays (Mon–Thu) are cheaper than weekends (Fri–Sun).
- ✓Group size: total pax, overnight vs day-tour split if applicable.
- ✓Which villa: Villa D'Eliz Main, Villa Victoria, or Combined. Not sure? Send your group size and we'll recommend.
- ✓Any add-ons: glamping tent, food package, shuttle from Davao downtown or Gaisano Mall Toril.
- ✓Event type if applicable: birthday, wedding, retreat, family reunion. Helps us plan setups + check noise / day-tour timing.

Worth flagging in your first message so we can plan ahead.
Early check-in (before 2 PM)
Standard check-in is 2 PM so the team has time to clean. The earliest we can sometimes accommodate is 1:30 PM, only if the previous guests checked out early and cleaning is done. Please ask in advance; we can't guarantee it.
Cooking on-site
Both villas have kitchens. A flat ₱300 LPG fee applies if you cook. Bring your own food and drinks. No corkage. Utensils for 15 pax at Villa D'Eliz Main; bring extras for larger groups.
Decorations & setups
Allowed, just inform us in advance. No double-sided tape and no party poppers (they leave permanent marks). Electric items you bring have an extra charge. Cleanup before 12 NN check-out.
Outside catering
Allowed. Tell us in advance so we can prep dining setups. Or skip the hassle and book our food package (see Rates → Add-ons).
Pets
Up to 2 pets allowed. Must be toilet-trained or wear a diaper, never left unattended in the room, and not allowed in the pool. Bites or scratches to staff are billed to the guest (rabies + tetanus shots, regardless of vaccination). Read the full Pet Policy before you book.
Noise after 10 PM
Davao City ordinance: quiet hours from 10 PM. No videoke, loud music, or shouting outdoors. Indoor socializing is fine. Day-tour guests must leave by 10 PM strictly.

If you cancel
50% downpayment is non-refundable. One free rebooking allowed with at least 10 days notice before check-in.
If we cancel
Typhoon, government order, or property issue on our side: you get a full refund or a free rebooking, your choice.
